Items that are ineligible to be returned are brami's, cami's, bralettes, hats, toques, beanies, scrunchies, hair towels, earrings, necklaces, all sale items and anything else that is marked as a final sale item in the product description.
All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date for shipping orders and 14 days from the order date for local pick up orders.

We offer free shipping to all other provinces in Canada over $125 excluding tax
Flat rate for Alberta orders under $100 excluding tax is $10
Flat rate for the rest of Canada orders under $125 excluding tax is $12
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days if there are no preorder items in your order.
If your order/s include preorder items, your order/s will ship at the estimated ship date in the product descriptions. Orders that contain instock and preorder items will not be split shipped.
